The pillows were the best i've ever had , made my rest even better.

Nice place for exploring Bentonville. We had a fairly nice at this hotel : unbeatable location and welcoming stuff.

The location really shines thanks to its proximity to local attractions and eateries. The rooms feature large windows that bring in plenty of natural light, which creates a cute vibe first thing in the morning.

Power outage during the night disrupted sleep, with no backup generator to kick in during the downtime. The bedding was too thick for the unseasonably warm nights. Rooms felt cramped for the price, especially without adequate shower pressure or water quality. The TV setup missed the mark-no streaming options and spotty cable reception didn't.

Fairly clean hotel with excellent and affable staff and decent location close to many restaurants, shopping centers, the highway. Delicious and excellent breakfast option with bread for toasting and boiled eggs, as for instance.

I had a super cozy stay! The room was clean, and the 24/7 coffee was a lifesaver. Loved the cute decor in the common areas!

It had the best coffee (round the clock) I've ever had a hotel. I missed breakfast but family said it was good.

Lighting in the room was a little different, making reading in bed difficult for those who were asleep. The room could use some bed side reading lamps.

I noted the friendly staff and the excellent breakfast selection. The coffee and tea available around the clock were enjoyable. I appreciate that kind of convenience while traveling, as I often start my day early in my road trips through the U.S.

There was a lack of toiletries in the room, and the overall cleanliness could have been better.

the sofa that can turn into bed are really bad, my head was down while my lower body was up. very poor aliment design

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well equiped. The breakfast was very good with numerous choices. All in all we would rate this as a very good place to stay. The price was also very competitive.
